Commercial Dishwasher Repair Mandurah Sporting Facility

A sporting facility in Mandurah runs events. Events mean function rooms. Function rooms mean dishwashers that have to work. When the commercial dishwasher at Meadow Springs started misbehaving during wash cycles, the facility operator needed it diagnosed properly, not patched and handed back.

What Was Happening

During normal operation, small amounts of water were escaping from the rinse arms during cycles. The fault was intermittent. It took running the unit through multiple cycles on-site just to reproduce it consistently. That kind of fault is easy to dismiss at a quick inspection. It is also the kind of fault that gets worse, not better, if left.

How It Was Handled

The technician attended, ran the unit through repeated cycles until the fault presented, and identified the source. Two components needed replacing: the inlet solenoid and the pressure switch. The repair required removing the sink bench to get proper access to the machine. Sealant cure time was factored in before reinstallation. Once back together, the unit was run through fifteen cycles to confirm the fault was fully resolved, not just suppressed.

The Result

The dishwasher returned to full operation with the fault documented, the repair verified across multiple cycles, and the facility holding a complete service record. No shortcuts on access. No guessing. Confirmed functional before the technician left.

Why PEMS

Intermittent faults get misdiagnosed when a technician does not stay long enough to see them. The approach here was to reproduce the fault properly before touching anything, then verify the fix the same way.
