Commercial dishwasher and warewasher repair across Perth & WA. All types, all brands — Washtech, Hobart, Comenda, Winterhalter and more. Call 08 7095 3550.
A commercial dishwasher breakdown during service creates an immediate operational crisis — hand washing does not scale. PEMS technicians specialise in commercial warewashing equipment including hood-type, undercounter, pass-through and conveyor dishwashers across all brands. We carry common Washtech, Hobart and Comenda parts for same-day repairs wherever possible.
Diagnosis of wash quality failures — blocked spray arms, low wash temperature, pump failure, chemical dosing faults, water pressure issues and rinse arm wear. Poor cleaning is also a food safety and compliance risk.
Drain pump diagnosis and replacement, blocked drain lines, solenoid drain valve faults and drainage system repair. A machine that won't drain cannot complete its cycle — usually a same-day fix.
Wash tank element and rinse boiler element replacement. Low final rinse temperature is a food safety issue — sanitisation requires 82°C minimum at the rack. We test temperature with calibrated equipment before signing off.
Wash pump, rinse pump and drain pump motor repair or replacement across all brands. Pump failure is typically a worn seal, failed bearing or burnt motor winding.
Door safety switch, door seal, door spring and counterbalance repair. Door switch failure prevents the cycle from starting or stops it mid-cycle.
Electronic control board and mechanical timer diagnosis and replacement. Error codes decoded using manufacturer service documentation for accurate diagnosis.
Washtech is the most common commercial dishwasher brand in WA commercial kitchens. We have deep working knowledge of the Washtech undercounter and hood-type range and carry common Washtech parts.
Winterhalter undercounter, pass-through and conveyor dishwasher repair. Including UC, PT and MT series. Chemical dosing system and water softener service included.
Peristaltic pump, dosing tube and chemical dispensing system repair. Correct detergent and rinse aid dosing is critical for sanitisation compliance and glass/crockery quality.
Dishwasher water softener service and resin replacement. A failed softener causes scale build-up in the boiler and spray arms, rapidly degrading wash quality and equipment life.
Usually low rinse temperature, failed rinse aid dosing or a blocked rinse arm. In Perth's hard water, a failed water softener is also common. We test all three systematically.
Most often a door safety switch fault or low water level fault. Check the water supply is on and the door is fully closed. If that doesn't resolve it, call us — do not continue running the machine while faulted.
Temperature fault, water level sensor fault or control board issue. The machine's safety systems are shutting it down for a reason — diagnose before continuing to operate.
Door seal failure, overflow valve fault or a failed drain solenoid. Do not continue running the machine. Isolate the water supply and call us.
Element failure or thermostat fault. This is a food safety issue — the machine is telling you it cannot sanitise correctly. Stop using it for food service until repaired.
Washtech, Hobart, Comenda, Eswood, Winterhalter, Meiko, Electrolux Professional, Maidaid, Jackson and all other commercial warewasher brands used in Perth and WA.

Yes. Washtech is the most common commercial dishwasher in WA kitchens and we carry a range of Washtech parts — pumps, elements, solenoids and door switches — for fast same-day repairs.
Final rinse temperature should reach 82°C minimum at the rack level. If your machine has a temperature display, check it during the rinse cycle. If you're unsure, call us for a sanitisation performance check — this is a food safety compliance issue.
Perth has hard water. Without a functioning water softener or regular descaling, scale deposits build up on glasses and crockery and inside the machine. If your softener is working correctly and you're still getting smearing, it may be rinse aid dosing or rinse temperature.
