Pre-authorisation hold increases to $1,650. This is a security hold only — not a charge. You are only invoiced the actual work performed.
After-hours minimum charge is $720 + GST ($792 inc GST) (after-hours service fee plus 2 hours minimum labour). Where total door-to-door time (technician's departure to return) exceeds 2 hours, labour is charged on the full door-to-door time. Longer jobs or parts are billed in addition to the minimum. See clauses 4.3 and 4.11 of the Terms.
A PEMS on-call technician will contact you directly, typically within 30 minutes.
If we are unable to attend after-hours we will advise you promptly and release the pre-auth hold.
