A coordinated commercial kitchen rollout across Perth demanded precision, logistics muscle, and after-hours commitment. In December 2025, PEMS technician Ryan led a major multi-site UNOX oven installation project for Zambrero restaurants spanning suburbs from Spearwood to Joondalup, with equipment quality and tight launch timelines on the line.

The Fault

This was not a repair job. It was a full-scale commercial kitchen equipment deployment. UNOX combination ovens required workshop building, staging, and preparation before a single unit reached any site. With 20-plus Zambrero locations across Perth, including Subiaco, Nedlands, East Perth, Warnbro, Kalamunda, Wanneroo, Woodvale, Warwick, and Beldon, the complexity of coordinating builds, deliveries, and after-hours installations was significant.

The Repair

Ryan and the PEMS crew began workshop builds on 18 December, working from 0730 through to 1600. After-hours deliveries ran on 20 December, with after-hours installations completed on 21 December. PEMS managed truck hire, oven transport, full installation, and commissioning of UNOX ovens alongside reverse osmosis water systems across Sites 18, 21, and 22. The entire rollout was executed across three days with structured staging throughout.

The Outcome

Every Zambrero location received a fully installed and commissioned UNOX oven system on schedule. The coordinated effort meant kitchens were operational and ready for service without disrupting trading hours at any site.
