The Fault

The Repair

He then installed the reverse osmosis system, completing the flush cycle, drain connection and power supply before carefully moving everything into its final position. Both the electrical and gas connections were completed to specification.

The Outcome

Benjamin switched the system on and tested both the heating and wash functions. The UNOX combi oven and reverse osmosis unit performed correctly, leaving Zambero Scarborough with a fully operational commercial kitchen setup ready for service.
