The kitchen team at Rendezvous Hotel Perth had two new UNOX combi ovens arriving in July. Getting the equipment on site was straightforward. Getting it ready to cook, connected, calibrated, and documented correctly was the part that actually mattered.

What Was Happening

How It Was Handled

PEMS technician Benjamin completed the full installation at Rendezvous Hotel Perth. Stands were assembled and ovens positioned correctly. The hood was fitted to the oven of the operator's choice, with the second unit positioned under the existing canopy. Filter setup was completed. An internet connection was established for remote monitoring. Humidity calibration was performed, firmware updated, parameters entered, and a full wash cycle and cooking session conducted to verify performance. A completed installation checklist and site photos were forwarded directly to UNOX as required.

The Result

Both ovens left the installation process fully commissioned, documented, and ready for production. The operator received a completed checklist, verified calibration, and equipment registered correctly with the manufacturer. No gaps in the handover, no loose ends for the kitchen team to chase.
